OpenContact, Norwich’s leading privately-owned outsource call centre, has for the second year running, dealt with hundreds of calls from parents and grandparents eager to book a place at Lapland UK.
OpenContact have also issued hundreds of letters on behalf of Santa, as part of the fulfilment process, to children all over the country inviting them to experience Lapland at the special request of Father Christmas.
90% of OpenContact’s work for Lapland UK is call centre based with a range of enquiries relating to bookings, queries about the day, and this year, reasrance that Lapland UK is not related to Lapland New Forest.
