Fiona Temple joins the Eastern Daily Press ‘Future 50’ list
At an official launch last night in Norwich, Fiona temple, MD of OpenContact was added to the list of 50 business leaders judged to be ‘entrepreneurs to watch’ for growth in 2012 by a panel of peers and business experts.
The ‘Future 50’ is in its 3rd year of recognising top entrepreneurial talent in East Anglia and posing its own challenge for them to grow by doing better and to do different.
Fiona is naturally delighted that she and her entire team have been recognised for their clarity of purpose, results and style of doing business to generate growth. Fiona said: “my principle is simple, happy staff = happy customers = happy clients”, “as an outsource contact centre delivering our client’s desired customer experiences, I cannot see any other way of performing consistently unless our staff are happy first”.
The outdoor adventure company GoApe and retailer Mattressman are also on the list which comes as no surprise to Fiona as they have been long standing customers that have benefitted from the customer management services that OpenContact have to offer.
Future50 is a project operated by Archant (Eastern Daily Press) to find and promote East Anglian companies that have: – deliberate strategic intent, steadily sought out opportunities, maintained forward momentum and strived to grow and diversify in a flat economy.
OpenContact is a full service outsourced contact centre based in Norwich enabling its clients to generate increased sales, improve customer satisfaction and generate brand experiences for long term customer retention. Brands we support include Go Ape; UK General Insurance and Mattressman
