Provision of a tailored virtual receptionist solution for Combat Paintball.

Background.
Combat Paintball Ltd is a Paintball site located in the Heart of East Anglia on the A11 between Norfolk and Suffolk. Using the Idyllic Surroundings of Thetford Forest, Combat Paintball is East Anglia’s No.1 paintball venue.

Requirement.
Due to the nature of paintballing, the venue management are not always available to take calls. Combat Paintball were concerned that calls missed might be bookings lost and were not happy about using an impersonal voicemail system to take messages.

Solution.
Combat Paintball appointed OpenContact to provide their Virtual Receptionist service.

This works on the basis that any calls to their booking line not answered promptly by Combat Paintball themselves automatically divert to OpenContact. OpenContact answer all calls with a live operator, who can provide basic information about the paintball experience to the caller. Alternatively they can forward the call to Combat Paintball managers if they’re available, or failing that they will take a message, which is forwarded instantly both by e-mail and by SMS text.
