Our professional and friendly team members will answer your call promptly, using your company name and your defined greeting. They will advise the caller that you are unavailable, and will take the details of the caller and a message. These details will then be instantly emailed to you, and followed by an SMS message to your mobile, if you so desire. In addition, we can also forward the call to you on a landline or mobile, if you are available.

How do my virtual receptionist calls get answered by you?
We can provide you with a dedicated DDI number to point your calls to. These can be calls that overflow to us when you are busy or unavailable, it could be out-of-hours calls, or it could be every single call - the choice is yours, depending on your virtual Receptionist requirements. What times of the day can my calls be answered?
Our virtual receptionist service hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm. On Saturdays and Bank Holidays we are open from 8am to 7pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 7pm. We always remain flexible and we are happy to consider clients requirements that fall outside of these hours.

How quickly can you get started?
We only need a little time to prepare ourselves before taking over your telephone answering. We can be ready to go in as little as 48 hours.
