How does it work?
Our professional and friendly team members will answer your call, with minimum delay*, in your company name. They will advise the caller that you are unavailable, and will take the details of the caller and a message. These details will then be instantly emailed to you, and followed by an SMS message to your mobile, if you so desire. In addition, we can also forward the call to you on a landline or mobile, if you are available.

How do my calls get answered by you?
We can provide you with a dedicated DDI number to point your calls to. These can be calls that overflow to us when you are busy or unavailable, it could be out-of-hours calls, or it could be every single call - the choice is yours, depending on your requirements. In addition, we can also provide non-geographic telephone numbers such as 0800, 0845 or 0871.

What times of the day can my calls be answered?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm. On Saturdays and Bank Holidays we are open from 8am to 7pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 7pm. We always remain flexible and we are happy to consider clients requirements that fall outside of these hours.

How quickly can you get started?
We only need a little time to prepare ourselves to answer your calls, and could be ready to go in as little as 48 hours

We provide all of our clients with a dedicated account manager, as the main point of contact for all of your questions and requirements. We also provide detailed reports on our performance in answering your calls, and providing you with the relevant messages. We also record 100% of our calls, so if you ever need to hear the call for yourself, it is available on request.
