Fiona Temple CEO


Fiona leads an extremely capable and experienced team at OpenContact and is passionate about delivering excellent service to her clients and their customers.  She understands that the key to this is by keeping her team happy and motivated, and her background in HR has given her the tools and knowledge to achieve this.  Fiona keeps herself regularly informed of developments in the customer experience and outsourcing industry to drive OpenContact’s strategy forward, ensuring our clients objectives are met with the trusted expertise they expect.

Wendy Wakefield Training Manager


Wendy manages our integral training function with passion, creativity and flair.  Her expertise in new client implementation means OpenContact are capable of dealing with a wide variety of clients with ease, efficiency and professionalism.  Jointly heading OpenContact recruitment processes alongside Simon, she has a keen eye for individuals with a ‘genuine desire to help’ who fulfil the OpenContact culture.  Her ongoing passion for quality, customer service and employee well-being underpin her work ethos.

Peter Atkinson Operations Director


Pete is a qualified Economist with a background in data analysis, and a decade of experience in the Outsourcing sector. This skillset allows him to effectively lead all operational aspects of OpenContact; from daily output to long-term strategic direction.

He plays a key role on OpenContact’s board, helping steer the company forward and specialising in financial forecasting.

Robin Mussell IT Director


Robin has 18 years' experience building and running IT solutions to support outsourced contact centre operations. His attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills are of great benefit to OpenContact's clients and their customers.

Simon Kett Business Support Manager


Simon focuses on workforce management solutions and resourcing to ensure we achieve our clients objectives and deliver against customer expectations. In addition, he leads the Team Managers in delivering operational objectives whilst ensuring our agents are exceeding targets across multiple performance indicators. Recruitment, HR and Fulfilment add additional strings to Simon’s bow which enhance his strategic input. He believes that hard-work, reliability, passion and innovation are paramount to both a successful employee and business.

Sarah Humphrey Quality Coach


Sarah forms part of our fantastic training team and is proud to focus on delivering quality to all areas of OpenContact. Sarah is passionate about providing coaching, support and guidance to all contact centre agents and is pivotal in nurturing new starters. Training sessions with Sarah are informative and engaging; she is dedicated in giving the agents all they need to handle each call with confidence. With great attention to detail, Sarah conducts regular call monitoring with constructive feedback to assist agents in performing at their absolute best.

Susanna Yellop Project Manager


Susanna oversees the implementation of new client services and business developments across OpenContact. Her many years of experience and strong organisational skills ensure that all areas are considered and offer clients reassurance that their partnership with OpenContact will get off to a smooth start and deliver the service they require.

Matt Warren Operations Manager


Matt lives the OpenContact mission of Making People Smile. He drives our operation with a hands-on, people-focused approach, leading a highly skilled team to deliver the best quality service. He developed a keen eye for detail in London’s hospitality sector before joining OpenContact in 2011. Since then he has travelled the globe to gain a high level and personal understanding of our clients’ needs, bringing what matters the most to them back to our team in Norwich.
